Mark Feuerstein is shirtless on the episode "If I Were a Sick Man" of Royal Pains. I was really looking forward to his shirtless scene since the sneak peak in the pilot and here it comes finally. But there is THAT cereal box getting in the way:(

His arm is amazing as in the pilot but he is thinner than I thought.
