Philip Winchester on Fringe s2e22
Philip Winchester is shirtless on the episode "Over There: Part 1" of Fringe. He plays Olivia's boyfriend in the other world. It's not fair that Olivia in this world doesn't get a hot boyfriend. Olivia should definitely bring him back.
